9 Ways to Keep Your Immunity Strong During a Pandemic

Going through the pandemic has made it even more important to keep all of our immune systems strong and prepared. These are 9 ways to keep your immunity strong and get through any simple illness that may bring down your defenses. It’s simpler than you think!

  1. A colorful diet full of vegetables and fruits
  2. A daily high quality probiotic with at least 10 billion colony forming units of bacteria
  3. Vitamin C supplement 3x/week
  4. Vitamin D drops at the appropriate doses for age daily
  5. Elderberry syrup or chewables as an antioxidant
  6. High zinc containing foods for its’ antiviral properties (cashews, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, sunflower seeds)
  7. Nightly turmeric, ginger and honey tea
  8. Plenty of sleep
  9. Keeping stress levels low through meditation and exercise
