Energizing Green Smoothie

- 4-5 kale leaves
- 1/2 cucumber peeled
- 1⁄4 cup parsley leaves
- 1 pear (core and seeds removed)
- 4-5 dates (remove the pits)
- Optional- tiny piece of fresh peeled ginger
- 1⁄2 cup water or coconut water or orange juice
Mix in a blender and enjoy fresh!
